Renewal of the sludge dewatering system

Having reached the end of their service life, the existing sludge dewatering centrifuges needed replacement. At the same time, the maintenance-intensive sludge conveyance system was to be replaced by an alternative concept that would also allow the plant to adapt to the new sludge quantities. The sludge loading station was extended to provide space for an additional container in order to ensure the future reliability of the logistics concept.

Special features:

  • Construction of a container hall
  • Replacement of the sludge conveying system by screw conveyors with distribution to 4 container storage locations
  • Replacement of the existing centrifuges without business interruption
  • Replacement of the measurement technology and adaptation of the control system technology and main system
